Meet our Executive Director
Randal Stephens serves as Executive Director of Three Peaks Collaborative, utilizing a community-first approach to empowering communities to realize their goals for the future. She most recently earned a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago, with a specialization in environmental and occupational health sciences.
Coupled with experience as an urban planner, grant writer, and GIS analyst, Randal excels at supporting communities in articulating a shared vision for the future, one that harmonizes resident input with rigorous technical analysis, paired with a phased, actionable roadmap to the future. Her work centers on enhancing the strengths already present in communities by building lasting relationships, connecting communities to funding opportunities, and building capacity in various ways to achieve community-identified goals.
